Create, review and compare solutions

Create a Base Solution and up to two Solutions (A and B) for analysis and comparison. ​

  • Select System and Unit Type.
  • Select the Type of Design.
  • Enter the Thermal Capacity.
  • Enter the Electric Cost ($/Kwh).
  • Select the Control Type.
  • Select the Diffuser or Grid Standard.
  • Select the Type of Maintenance.
  • Enter the estimated investment (CAPEX) and maintenance (OPEX) costs.

Energy Analysis

Compare the energy results of each of your solutions. This calculation will take into account not only the efficiency of each of the equipment, but also each of the variables entered into the software, since the efficiency of the system is not only given by the equipment, but by the entire system as a whole. ​

Financial analysis

Review the results that you will obtain within the Financial Analysis screen of each of the solutions, including investment and operation variables, such as CAPEX and OPEX (energy and maintenance) of each of them.

Compare the annual savings in money between the solutions offered and how they behave with the most accepted financial variables in the market, such as Simple Payback and ROI.

Sustainable Analysis

Today more than ever the values of the impact on the environment are critical for many projects.

With HVAC Opportunity, analyze different Sustainability variables of each of the Solutions to be carried out, including the Energy Reduction per year, the Carbon Footprint and the Garbage Bags that are avoided from being Recycled over time.

Energy Use Intensity (EUI)

For several years now, all HVAC engineers must consider the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) index within the design of HVAC systems, since this variable contemplates the maximum recommended energy consumption values for the different building types.
